Sneak Peek of the St. Armands Parking Garage

St Armands Parking Garage

SOLSTICE is honored to have been selected as the Sarasota architect for the new St. Armands Parking Garage. Following the completion of the award-winning, LEED certified Palm Avenue Parking Garage, this will be the second parking garage designed for the City of Sarasota.

With 521 spaces, the new St. Armands parking garage will be located north of St. Armands Circle (behind Foxy Lady and the Columbia restaurant). The new public project will include bathrooms, a police substation and valet parking. It is estimated to cost $14.9 million.

The CompassHaus on Longboat Key, designed by SOLSTICE and built by Josh Wynne Construction was the big winner of the evening - not only achieving the ultimate Platinum Award for Best Overall Home over $2 million but also making the cover of the magazine!

The Garden Residence located on Phillippi Creek and built by Rus Torshkoev of FHM Construction was another stand out for the evening - winning two awards.
