Sarasota projects Rosemary Square and Element House both receive honors at the AIA Tampa Bay's annual design awards.
The St. Armands Parking Garage on Lido Key was just recognized with another award - this time for its forward-thinking and sustainable practices in three categories: management, programs, technology, and structure design.

SOLSTICE is honored to have been selected as the Sarasota architect for the new St. Armands Parking Garage. Following the completion of the award-winning, LEED certified Palm Avenue Parking Garage, this will be the second parking garage designed for the City of Sarasota.
With 521 spaces, the new St. Armands parking garage will be located north of St. Armands Circle (behind Foxy Lady and the Columbia restaurant). The new public project will include bathrooms, a police substation and valet parking. It is estimated to cost $14.9 million.
